HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

You are invited to the sleepy meadow for a weekend price of just £120, including camping, breakfast, fun and parking. Under 18s are just £15, accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Early bird tickets are available for £96, and subscribers of our mailing list will receive a further discount via email.

DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS BY POST?

You will receive email confirmation of your ticket purchase at the time of payment – please bring this with you to register on arrival, when you’ll be presented with your lovely Ymuno Summer16 wristband.

WHEN CAN I ARRIVE?

The festival gates will be open from noon on Friday 1st July. When you arrive you’ll need to register and get signed in, then you can pitch up and chill out.

IS THERE A CASH-MACHINE ON-SITE?

Ever so sorry, but no! Please remember that you will be living it up in the real-life countryside, and as such, there is no cash machine on-site, and not all vendors will take card-payments.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Sadly no, too many sheep-chasing possibilities nearby!

CAN I PARK MY CAR BY MY TENT?

When you arrive you will be directed to the car-park and that’s as far as your car will be able to travel. The camping area is for non-vehicle traffic only, but you won’t have far to walk from your car with your tent and whatnot (it’s not a five-mile hike like like at the big city-sized festivals!

WILL THE FESTIVAL HAVE A FAMILY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE?

The families who have come to Ymuno in the past have commented on the friendly, safe atmosphere of the festival.

There’s a legal bit for you to mull over if you are accompanying Under 18’s, which goes like this:

The duty of care for an Under 18 is the sole responsibility of the parent / guardian.
Under 18s are accountable at all times to their parent / guardian.
Underage drinking will not be tolerated.
No unaccompanied Under 18 will be allowed to remain on site without a parent / guardian – We’ll be asking you to sign-in / register together.
If you have any questions about our Under 18 policy please do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@ymuno.com

CAN I BRING MY CARAVAN / CAMPER VAN / MOTORHOME?

Yes all of the above are most welcome. Spaces are limited however so please do let us know by email if you are bringing such a vehicle, so we can reserve a big-enough flat space.

ARE THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT / CAR-SHARING OPTIONS FOR TRAVEL TO THE FESTIVAL?

Please use our Facebook page to ask for liftshares or car-pooling – we’d love that! Public Transport to the old Sleepy Meadow is somewhat limited – your nearest train station is Colwyn Bay which is on the North Wales mainline, from where you could get a no 15 bus to Betws-Yn-Rhos and try to hop a lift from there, or hitch a ride, or wander up and up into the hills. A taxi from Colwyn Bay would not be extortionate (10 minutes ride)

CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINKS?

Our bar is hosted by the Great Orme Brewery based here in North Wales – they’ll be offering local ales, cider and all manner of other delights. We’ve always wanted Ymuno to stand-out as a festival where food and drink are affordable – and this year is no exception – pints will be reasonably priced – no silly festival prices here! So, please don’t bring your own, support our sponsor instead.

CAN WE HAVE FIRES AND BBQS?

Alas no – the venue is a farmer’s field, so we need to leave his land spick and span. There will be several large fire-pits at various points across the site, and you can enjoy them together – even better!

DO WE HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?

Nope! It’s all included in the cost of your ticket.

WHAT DISABLED FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?

There will be a disabled toilet, and designated parking spaces at the end of the car-park nearest to the campsite/festival entrance. Please bear in mind that the whole site is a farmer’s field – there are very few smooth ground surfaces such as pathways or any other concreted areas, so this will make wheelchair access tricky.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY RUBBISH?

As much as possible, it’d be a huge help to use if you took it home with you! We’ll have recycling facilities on site for cans etc. Please bear in mind that we do not allow any glass bottles to be brought on the site, thank you!
